THIS PRODUCT IS SUITABLE FOR PREHEATING ON RECTANGULAR, SQUARE CRATES, FLAT JERRY CANS AND ANY PLASTIC PACKAGING CONTAINERS.

Conveyorised flame treatment unit of length 4 meter having partition at an interval of 2meter length of required width having 4 burners (2 at opposite ends ) to preheat both opposite sides of the crate (both length & width wise) having metal belt , variable speed ac drive, Flame treatment unit having auto ignition and crate detection with logic controller. Burner with UniMixture unit to mix the gas and air in a proper ratio having fine setting adjustments to control and achieve fine violet blue flame . Sensors mounted at the conveyor to detect the crate and starts igniting the burner to preheat the crate on both opposite sides at every cycle. The conveyor stops after a preset duration variable (as per customer ) when there is no crate on the belt conveyor . Metal guides to ease the crate transportation on conveyor.
